ABOUT US
Who are we?
DUMACHINGU is a newly founded kpop shop from Dumageute City who aims to provide you with FAST and RELIABLE kpop merch service.
Estimated Time of Arrival?
Our products are imported from Korea which would mean that these will take some time to arrive.
(Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, the 3-4 weeks normal ETA would sometimes be prolonged up to 6-8 weeks. In case of delays and other problems, we will update you either via email, an instagram post and a tweet from our official accounts.)
Charting?
All products sold are OFFICIAL unless stated otherwise. Your album purchase will count on both the GAON and HANTEO charts. Selected albums may even count on the BILLBOARD charts!
Suppliers?
We directly order from Weverseshop, YGSelect, SMTown, JYPE Fan's, Apple Music Korea and Ktown.
Some of our products come from OFFICIAL MARKET SUPPLIERS that are directly supplied by the product manufacturers like Yes24 and Synnara. What does this mean? It means that all products and its inclusions are the same as the ones that are sold by the official kpop shops such as the Weverseshop, YGSelect, SMTown, etc. (Note that these are still official)
What’s the only difference? The pre-order benefits. Each official shop has their own pre-order benefits (POBs). Sometimes, they provide you with a poster, a keyring, lyric book, stickers or anything that they can think of. Note again that POBs are only given to buyers who make their purchase during the pre-order period. However, the OFFICIAL store may announce that POBs may be limited due to the amount of stocks.
